Legato vs. Staccato (Twinkles)
- Legato is a smooth, connected stroke
- Staccato is a short stroke using small bows with space between each note.

Martele: the snail rocket stroke (Allegro)
Martele is a fast whole bow stroke with space between each note. Similar to staccato but stronger and uses the whole bow. Hulk version of staccato.

Accents: bite and release stroke (Allegretto & Andantino)
Slow stroke with bite at the beginning. Make the bow “bite” the string and then release it.
